Air relief valve for waste water and neutral liquids to max., 70°C. Preferably used at pumping stations for sewage main lines exposed to water hammer, treatment plants, irrigation systems with solids/debris in the water.

AVK combination air valves guarantee a proper operation of sewage lines allowing filling and discharge of large volumes of air, both during draining and filling operations and release of air pockets during working conditions.

Features

  • Large lower body designed with sloped sides to avoid deposit of grease or other materials
  • Four ribs securing a trouble free operation of the float
  • Air release system protected by a cap during rapid filling
  • Mobile block and stainless steel AISI 316 float connected to the air release system by a shaft. Thereby securing that the wastewater do not come in contact with the air release system.
  • Obiturator is in solid polypropylene in order to avoid deformations and prevent it to get stuck to the gasket
  • Dranige valve for chamber control and draining
  • Wear resistant nozzle and gasket holder due to the gasket compression control
  • Easy maintenance through the top of the valve without removing it from the pipeline
  • DN 50/65 supplied with a 1 1/2" female elbow connection for air transfer by further piping, to avoid contaminated water entering the pipeline in case of flooding.
  • Working conditions 0,2 - 16 bar differential pressure
